Job summary

Fuze Health, a digital health leader, seeks a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead regional fulfillment sites, drive compliance and optimize performance across the network. You will translate strategy into scalable regional operations, developing site leadership and ensuring patient safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 5+ years in multi-site operations leadership.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment or healthcare operations in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen with use of P&L data.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness per federal/state regulations and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish standardized processes, tools and resources to improve execution and long-term performance.
• Monitor key metrics on safety, quality, cost, productivity and timeliness, driving continuous improvement.
