Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the US. You will guide a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance improvements while scaling operations for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership across multi-site operations.
• Proven success leading high-volume fulfillment or pharmacy operations in a performance-driven setting.
• Experience managing teams in regulated environments with strong controls and risk management.
• Track record developing leaders and driving accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen using data and P&L insights.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar analytics tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy, execution, and performance across pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations, payer requirements, and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources to improve site execution.
• Define and monitor metrics across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen and other methodologies to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting/HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent and leadership.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site events and drive risk mitigation.
