Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead regional fulfillment sites, drive regulatory compliance, and build high-performing teams across the network. You will translate strategy into scalable operations, partner with cross-functional leaders, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, and delivery performance.

The role requires strong Lean, Kaizen and process-improvement experience, with a focus on developing leaders and maintaining strict compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive fulfillment/healthcare/operations leadership across multiple sites.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven track record in developing leaders and driving accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen using data to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar analytics tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness per federal/state regulations and payer requirements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish and scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site execution.
• Define, monitor, and improve key operational metrics (safety, quality, cost, productivity, timeliness).
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process improvements to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management and staffing in partnership with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent.
• Analyze financial and operational data (P&L) to inform decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site events and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance reviews.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and site readiness.
• Support new site launches and restructurings for scalable growth.
