Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead regional fulfillment sites, ensuring regulatory compliance, performance, and continuous improvement across the network.

You will develop leaders, align cross-functional teams, implement standardized processes, and drive cost control while maintaining patient safety and service quality. This role requires strategic execution and strong analytical capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience leading high-volume, regulated operations with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of data to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional operational strategy and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and build leadership depth.
• Standardize processes, tools, and resources to improve site-level execution and consistency.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery performance; drive continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to identify waste and optimize workflows in pharmacy fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to inform strategic decisions.
• Act as escalation point for site-level operations and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audits and compliance reviews to maintain inspection readiness.
• Support new site launches and organizational changes for scalable growth.
