Fuze Health is hiring a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional multi-site pharmacy fulfillment initiatives and drive performance with a focus on compliance, safety, and quality. You will build leadership capability, standardize processes, and manage key metrics to support sustainable growth across sites.

The role requires strategic thinking, Lean/Kaizen expertise, and strong collaboration with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and Recruiting teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership, including multi-site responsibility.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment operations in regulated environments.
• Experience managing teams with strong controls, quality standards, and risk management.
• Proven track record of developing leaders and driving accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of data to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness per federal and state regulations and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and build leadership capacity.
• Establish and scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Define and monitor metrics across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and process improvements to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, and space utilization in coordination with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent regionally.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide decisions and drive improvements.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site-level operational events and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance review processes.
