Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment sites and translate strategy into scalable, high-performing operations while ensuring rigorous compliance.

You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, collaborate with Clinical, Talent Acquisition, HR, Logistics, and other leaders, and drive improvements in patient experience, safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site fulfillment/healthcare/pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment operations in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness with federal/state requirements.
• Mentor and develop a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Define, monitor, and improve key operational metrics such as safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
