Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment sites, shaping scalable operations across the U.S. You will develop site leadership, drive performance, and translate strategy into execution.

You will implement Lean/Kaizen, manage safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics, and collaborate across Pharmacy Operations, Clinical, HR, and logistics to support sustainable growth while maintaining rigorous compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site fulfillment/healthcare/pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading high-volume, regulated operations with strong controls.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and regional performance across multiple sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations and internal standards.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish standardized processes and tools to improve site execution and long-term performance.
• Monitor and improve KPIs across safety, quality, cost, and delivery; drive continuous improvement.
