Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operational excellence and regulatory compliance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the United States. You will lead a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, collaborating with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and other leaders to optimize performance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive fulfillment/operations leadership experience, multi-site.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and drive accountability across sites.
• Proficiency with data analytics and financial metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state regulations and payer requirements.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leaders.
• Scale standardized processes and tools for site-level execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics to drive improvements.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, and space utilization.
• Partner with HR to attract and grow pharmacy talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to inform decisions.
• Lead risk mitigation and incident resolution at site level.
• Support new site launches and organizational transitions.
