Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operational excellence across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the US. This role leads a team, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with Corporate and HR to optimize performance and growth.

You will oversee strategy, process standardization, and KPI improvement while managing costs and patient safety in a highly regulated setting. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership, including multi-site operations.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment operations in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of data and P&L insights.
• Proficiency with analytical/reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness to meet federal/state requirements and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers; build leadership capabilities and succession planning.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources to improve site-level execution and long-term performance.
• Monitor and improve key metrics across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness; foster continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process improvements to optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent; build regional leadership pipeline.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, manage costs, and inform strategic decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for site-level operational events and risk mitigation.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives; support new site launches and expansions.
