Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the United States. You will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop leadership while coordinating with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and other teams.

You will build standardized processes, monitor key metrics, and implement Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Pharmacy Ops, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site fulfillment or healthcare operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead leaders and drive accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial skills using data to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state pharmacy rules and payer requirements.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leadership succession.
• Standardize processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory, staffing models, and space utilization with site leaders.
• Collaborate with Recruiting/HR to grow pharmacy talent and leadership.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to inform decisions and cost control.
• Handle major site-level escalations, risk mitigation, and recovery.
• Maintain audit, quality assurance, and compliance reviews.
• Lead regional rollout of corporate initiatives and site launches.
