Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead regional fulfillment across multiple sites in the US. The role focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and building capable leaders to scale the network while improving patient experience, safety, and delivery performance.

You will guide the team, partner across HR, Clinical, Logistics, and others, and drive company-wide initiatives with a strong focus on measurable improvements and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years managing multi-site fulfillment/operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with quality standards.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment operations in a performance-driven setting.
• Strong analytical and financial data usage to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel/Tableau/Looker for reporting and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations and internal standards.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers; build leadership depth.
• Create standardized processes and tools to improve site execution and consistency.
• Monitor key metrics: safety, quality, cost, productivity, on-time delivery.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process improvements to reduce waste.
