Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites. You will drive compliance, performance metrics, and scalable processes while developing strong site leadership.

You will oversee a cross-functional team, partner with HR, Clinical, Logistics, and Recruiting to support growth, site launches, and continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership, including multi-site responsibility.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment operations, healthcare services, or pharmacy operations in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience managing teams in highly regulated, compliance-driven environments with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven track record of developing leaders and driving accountability across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including use of data and P&L insights to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools for analytics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness per federal/state pharmacy regulations and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leadership pipelines.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Monitor and improve safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness metrics.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other methodologies to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization in partnership with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent across the region.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Establish audit, quality assurance, and compliance review processes.
