Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the United States. You will drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance while developing site leaders and ensuring safe, quality, and cost-effective service.

This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional partnership with Clinical, HR, Logistics, Recruiting, and other teams, plus experience in lean methods and multi-site leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive fulfillment/healthcare/operations leadership including multi-site responsibility
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment or pharmacy operations in a regulated, performance-driven environment
• Experience managing teams in regulated environments with strong operational controls and risk management
• Proven track record of developing leaders and driving accountability across sites
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of operational data and P&L insights
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into execution
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills
• Experience implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness per federal/state regulations
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leaders
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources to improve site execution
• Define and monitor key operational metrics across safety, quality, cost, productivity and delivery
• Apply Lean, Kaizen and other methodologies to reduce waste and improve workflows
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and inform decisions
• Serve as escalation point for major site-level events and risk mitigation
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance reviews
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and change management
• Support new site launches, transitions, and expansions
