Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the United States. You’ll build a high-performing team, drive regulatory compliance, and scale operations to meet strategic goals.

Collaborating with Pharmacy Operations, Clinical, Talent Acquisition, HR and Logistics, you’ll optimize performance, patient experience, quality and cost while enforcing standards and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field eligible.
• 5+ years multi-site fulfillment/operations leadership.
• Experience in regulated environments with risk management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Proficiency with Excel/Tableau/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy across multiple sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes and tools for site-level execution.
• Monitor key metrics on safety, quality, cost, productivity.
• Lead process improvements using Lean/Kaizen.
• Oversee inventory management and staffing.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR for talent development.
• Analyze P&L to guide decisions.
