Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the United States. You will translate strategy into scalable regional operations, build strong site leadership, and drive performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, collaborate with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and Recruiting to optimize the network, ensure regulatory compliance, and sustain growth through standardized

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site fulfillment or operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong risk management and controls.
• Proficiency with Excel/Tableau/Looker for operational insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness per federal/state requirements.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish standardized processes and tools to improve execution and consistency.
• Define and monitor metrics for safety, quality, cost, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to identify inefficiencies and reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory, staffing models, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze P&L data to guide decisions and optimize performance.
