Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable operations across the designated US region. You will build and lead a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and collaborate with Clinical, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Logistics to improve patient experience, safety, and delivery performance.

This role requires strong operational judgment, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership, including multi-site responsibilities.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong operational controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and drive performance across multiple sites.
• Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations and internal quality standards.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leadership pipeline.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources to improve site execution and long-term performance.
• Monitor key metrics across safety, quality, cost, and delivery timeliness; drive continuous improvement.
