Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the United States.

You will drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable regional performance while developing strong site leadership. You will lead and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with Pharmacy Operations, Clinical, Talent Acquisition, HR, Logistics, and other cross-functional leaders to optimize performance across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site fulfillment/operations in healthcare or pharmacy.
• Experience with regulated environments and quality controls.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of P&L data.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience using Excel/Tableau/Looker for operational insights.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance with federal/state pharmacy rules and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and process improvements to reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory, workforce planning, and space utilization.
• Collaborate with Recruiting/HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide decisions.
• Lead escalation and risk mitigation for site-level events.
• Oversee audits, QA, and compliance reviews.
