Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites. You will lead Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, align with cross-functional leaders, and scale processes to improve patient outcomes and compliance.

You will shape strategy, manage regulatory risk, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, cost, and service levels, while preparing for growth and new site launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership.
• Experience managing multi-site operations in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness with federal/state regulations.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish scalable processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Monitor and improve safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
