Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operations, regulatory compliance, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership, including multi-site responsibilities.
• Experience leading high-volume, regulated operations with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven track record developing leaders and driving accountability across sites.
• Experience using financial metrics and P&L insights to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with analytical/reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness per federal/state regulations, payer requirements, and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Monitor and improve safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, and space utilization.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze financial data and P&L to guide strategy and operations.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audits and compliance reviews for inspection readiness.
• Lead regional rollout of corporate initiatives and change management.
• Support new site launches and expansions to enable scalable growth.
