Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the United States.

You will develop leaders, drive regulatory compliance, and scale standardized processes to improve safety, quality and delivery while controlling costs. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Clinical, HR, Logistics and Recruiting to optimize the regional network and support scalable growth, with a focus on patient

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in multi-site fulfillment or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment operations in regulated environments.
• Proven track record developing leaders and driving accountability.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with P&L insight.
• Proficient with analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness per federal/state regulations.
• Mentor and develop a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish standardized processes, tools and resources for site execution.
• Define and monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to identify inefficiencies and reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory management and staffing in partnership with site leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract pharmacy talent.
• Analyze financial and operational data to inform decisions.
• Escalate issues and lead risk mitigation for site events.
• Oversee audit, quality assurance and compliance reviews.
• Support new site launches and regional initiatives.
