Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment operations.

You will drive performance across multiple sites within a designated region, aligning with company strategy while developing site leadership and ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, scale standardized processes, and optimize end-to-end workflows with Lean and Kaizen practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of leadership in multi-site fulfillment/healthcare/pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading high-volume, regulated operations with strong compliance controls.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to guide decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy, execution, and performance across multiple sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness with federal/state pharmacy regs and payer requirements.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leaders.
• Establish standardized processes and tools to improve site execution and performance.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness; drive improvements.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen to identify inefficiencies and reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory, workforce planning, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide strategic decisions.
• Lead escalation and risk mitigation for significant site events.
• Oversee QA, audits, and compliance reviews.
