Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead and scale regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the US. You will develop leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance through Lean and Kaizen initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site fulfillment/healthcare ops.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong controls.
• Proven track record developing leaders and managing diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy across multiple sites aligning with objectives.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness with regs and standards.
• Mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and develop leadership.
• Develop standardized processes and scalable tools for execution.
• Monitor metrics across safety, quality, cost, productivity.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to identify inefficiencies and waste.
• Oversee inventory management and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Recruiting/HR to attract talent.
• Analyze financial data and P&L to guide decisions.
• Lead escalation, risk mitigation, and site-event recovery.
• Support new site launches and regional expansions.
