Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional excellence across pharmacy fulfillment sites in the United States. You will lead a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, align with cross-functional leaders, and implement Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance while maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site healthcare/pharmacy operations in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state regulations and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Define and scale standardized processes and tools for site-level execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness with continuous improvement.
