Job summary

Fuze Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory readiness, and scale standardized processes with cross-functional partners to improve safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

You will guide site leadership, manage P&L insights, and implement corporate initiatives while maintaining compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of multi-site fulfillment/healthcare/pharmacy operations leadership.
• Experience with regulated environments and risk management.
• Proven track record developing leaders and driving performance.
• Analytical with experience using financial metrics and P&L insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state regulations and payer rules.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level excellence.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, and space utilization.
• Collaborate with recruiting and HR to attract pharmacy talent.
• Analyze P&L data to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead escalation, risk mitigation, and recovery for site events.
