Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operational excellence across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the United States. You will lead and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, align with cross-functional leaders, and scale processes ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership, including multi-site
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment operations in a regulated environment
• Experience managing teams in regulated, compliance-driven environments
• Proven track record developing leaders and driving multi-site performance
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
• Strong communication and change-management skills

Responsabilités

• Lead regional operational strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness with federal/state regs
• Develop leadership pipeline by mentoring Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources for site execution
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics
• Apply Lean, Kaizen to optimize workflows and reduce waste
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, and space utilization
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract pharmacy talent
• Analyze financial and operational data (P&L) to inform decisions
• Serve as escalation point for major site-level events and risk mitigation
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance review processes
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and site readiness
• Support new site launches and organizational transitions
