Fuze Health, a national digital health company, seeks a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional performance across pharmacy fulfillment sites. You will lead Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and partner across Clinical, HR, Logistics to scale operations and ensure compliance.

This role emphasizes Lean/Kaizen, inventory planning, and workforce strategy to deliver safe, timely, cost-effective pharmacy services. Travel up to 30% with remote work within eligible states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site fulfillment/healthcare operations in regulated environments.
• Experience using data and financial metrics to guide decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional strategy and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations and payer requirements.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers; drive succession planning.
• Standardize processes and tools to improve site-level execution and consistency.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity and delivery timeliness metrics.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to identify waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, and space utilization.
• Partner with Recruiting/HR to attract and develop regional pharmacy talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to inform decisions and cost management.
• Lead escalation, risk mitigation, and recovery for significant events.
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance reviews.
