Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operational excellence across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the US. You will lead Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and cross-functional leaders to scale performance while ensuring compliance.

This role emphasizes Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement, with accountability for safety, quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site fulfillment or healthcare operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and change management skills.
• Experience in Lean, Kaizen, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and performance across multiple sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness with regs and payer requirements.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen to optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, space utilization.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide decisions.
• Lead escalation, risk mitigation and recovery for site events.
