Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site fulfillment or pharmacy operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong compliance controls.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams across regions.
• Experience using data to guide cost and service improvements.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and performance across multiple pharmacy sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state pharmacy regs and payer requirements.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes and tools for consistent site execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics; drive improvements.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory, workforce planning, and space utilization.
• Partner with HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent.
• Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead escalation and recovery during site-level events.
• Implement audits and compliance reviews; ensure inspection readiness.
• Support new site launches and regional initiatives.
