Job summary

Riverside Insights in the United States seeks a Sr. Manager of Partnership Enablement to build and lead our sales enablement function from the ground up, shaping how our partnership teams position, sell, and win across product families.

You’ll work with senior sales leaders and define what effective enablement looks like, with visibility into its impact on quota attainment and revenue. You’ll own the full function, codify motions from leadership, build training and field resources, measure rep

• Has built sales enablement programming from the ground up.
• Strong elicitation skills and formalization of leadership expectations.
• Cross-functional influence without direct authority.
• Translate pricing/positioning into rep guidance.
• Design measurement frameworks tied to revenue outcomes.
• Executive communication of enablement data.
• People leadership with scorecards and capability gaps.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and codify product sales motions from leadership.
• Design and deliver rep enablement across formats; maintain living references.
• Build a training efficacy framework with thresholds and accountability.
• Create field adherence framework linked to revenue metrics.
• Run recurring enablement cadence and report progress.
• Hire, coach, and set scorecards for a small enablement team.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Product; this role has one direct report.
