Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a field-facing Outreach professional based in Sioux Falls, SD. You will build relationships with clinical partners, drive go-to-market efforts, and travel locally to meet with patients, parents, and providers using a consultative, patient-centric approach.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to deliver on GTM goals while representing a mission to expand access to behavioral health treatment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPIs
• Fluent English required
• Willingness to travel locally 4–5 days per week within ~1 hour distance
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and consultative skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Travel 4–5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
• Share market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve GTM goals
