Qualifikationen

• Based in Columbia, SC and fluent in English.
• 1–4 years of proven sales experience.
• Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week within ~1 hour driving distance.
• Energetic, persuasive and capable of engaging senior corporate personnel.

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
• Travel to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4–5 days/week.
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to meet GTM goals.
