Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional in San Antonio, TX to build relationships with clinical partners and drive access to our behavioral health programs. You’ll travel locally 4-5 days a week, meeting with referral sources, patients, and providers, while coordinating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to reach GTM goals.

We value fluent English, 1–4 years of sales experience, and the ability to energize and persuade senior personnel.

Willingness to travel locally 4–5 days/week
Healthcare industry experience is a plus

Mansioni

Develop and execute GTM strategies to penetrate new markets
Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
Go in the field 4–5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers and uncover needs
Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product decisions
Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve GTM goals
