Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. in Madison, WI is hiring an Outreach professional to build relationships with clinical partners and drive access to our virtual behavioral health services.

You will engage referral sources, travel locally to meet partners, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve GTM goals. The role requires 1–4 years sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to energize and persuade senior professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be based in West Madison, WI.
• Fluent in English.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience; KPI ownership is a plus.
• Healthcare organizations experience a plus.
• Ability to travel locally ~1 hour driving distance 4–5 days/week for meetings with referral partners.
• Strong interpersonal, consultative sales approach and listening skills.
• Strong project management skills with detail orientation in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform future marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
