Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking an Area Director to lead our Midwest Partnerships Activation team, building high-performing Provider Partnerships Managers and driving growth with health systems and medical practices. You will shape regional strategy, guide field efforts, and ensure execution across partnerships, operations, marketing, clinical, and product.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years leading commercial or partnerships teams in healthcare.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop talent.
• Experience building regional growth strategies and account plans.
• Strong executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with analytics and sales operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop Provider Partnerships Managers to high performance.
• Coach and develop talent through regular field travel, in-market coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on development.
• Create a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Shape regional strategy by identifying market opportunities, setting commercial priorities, and guiding how your team wins across the region.
• Deliver commercial results by achieving referral, growth, and regional performance goals; lead executive partnerships with health systems and strategic provider organizations.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams across Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Product to execute effectively.
• Scale best practices by sharing learnings, developing leaders, and raising the performance of the broader Partnerships organization.
