Job summary

Talkiatry seeks an Area Director to lead the Midwest Provider Partnerships Activation team, building high-performing teams and expanding access to mental health care. You will develop strategies, coach field teams, and manage executive relationships with health system partners across multiple states.

You will lead a fast-growing region, hire and develop leaders, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Product to turn opportunities into sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years leading commercial, sales, business development, or partnership teams

Responsibilities

• Build exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, and developing Provider Partnerships Managers
• Coach and develop talent through regular field travel, in-market coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on development
• Create a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Shape regional strategy by identifying market opportunities and guiding how your team wins across the region
• Deliver commercial results by achieving referral, growth, and regional performance goals
• Lead executive partnerships with health systems and strategic provider organizations
• Partner cross-functionally with Teams to execute effectively
• Scale best practices by sharing learnings and developing leaders
