Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking an Area Director to lead the Partnerships Activation team across the Midwest. You will manage a high-performing team, grow relationships with health systems and medical practices, and drive regional commercial growth by expanding provider referral partnerships.

You will coach providers, shape regional strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to convert opportunities into sustained growth.

Qualifications

7–10+ years leading commercial or partnership teams
Experience building regional growth strategies and account plans
Strong executive presence with senior stakeholders
Experience partnering with strategy/analytics or sales operations teams
Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

Build exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, and developing Provider Partnerships Managers
Coach and develop talent through regular field travel, in-market coaching, and feedback
Create a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and accountability
Shape regional strategy by identifying market opportunities and guiding team priorities
Deliver commercial results by achieving referral and growth goals
Lead executive partnerships with health systems and provider organizations to expand market presence
Partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Product to execute
Scale best practices by sharing learnings and developing leaders
