Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking an Area Director to lead our Partnerships Activation team for the Central region. You will build and develop a high-performing Provider Partnerships team, grow relationships with health systems and practices, and deliver commercial results driving growth across your region.

This role blends people leadership, strategy, and executive relationship development. You will coach, hire, and set priorities, shaping how Talkiatry expands access to high-quality mental health care

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead field-based teams.
• Experience building and expanding partnerships in healthcare or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Build exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, and developing Provider Partnerships Managers.
• Coach and develop talent through field travel, in-market coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on development.
• Create a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Shape regional strategy by identifying market opportunities and guiding how your team wins across the region.
• Deliver commercial results by achieving referral, growth, and regional performance goals.
• Lead executive partnerships with health systems and strategic provider organizations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams.
• Scale best practices by sharing learnings and developing leaders across the organization.
