Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking an Area Director to lead the Partnerships Activation team across the Midwest. You will build a high-performing group, grow relationships with health systems and medical practices, and deliver commercial results that drive growth.

This role blends people leadership with strategy and executive relationship development. You’ll coach Provider Partnerships Managers, hire effectively, and shape regional opportunities to turn them into sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years leading commercial, sales, business development, or partnership teams in healthcare or related fields.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading quota-carrying field teams.
• Experience building regional growth strategies and delivering ambitious commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop Provider Partnerships Managers and coach through field travel, in-market coaching, and feedback.
• Shape regional strategy by identifying market opportunities, setting commercial priorities, and guiding how the team wins.
• Deliver referral growth and regional performance goals across the Midwest region.
• Lead executive partnerships with health systems and strategic provider organizations to expand market presence.
• Partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Product to execute effectively.
• Scale best practices by developing leaders and lifting performance across the team.
