Talkiatry is seeking a strategic Area Director to lead our Partnerships Activation team across the Midwest region. As the commercial leader for your Area, you'll build and develop a high-performing team, grow relationships with health systems and medical practices, and deliver the commercial results that drive growth across your region.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years leading commercial or partnership teams in healthcare.
• Strong executive presence and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Experience shaping regional growth strategies and account plans.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven hiring and coaching abilities with quota-carrying teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop Provider Partnerships Managers teams.
• Coach through field travel, coaching, feedback, and development.
• Define regional strategy and guide your team to win across the region.
• Lead executive partnerships with health systems to expand market presence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Product.
