Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking an Area Director to lead the Partnerships Activation team across the Midwest. You will build a high-performing team, grow relationships with health systems and medical practices, and drive commercial growth in your region.

As a strategic leader, you will guide partnership opportunities, coach a workforce of Providers Partnerships Managers, and align cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth and access to quality mental health care.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years leading commercial or partnership teams in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent orgs.
• Demonstrated success hiring and leading quota-carrying field teams.
• Experience developing regional growth strategies and delivering ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Provider Partnerships Managers and develop high-performing teams.
• Coach in-market teams through field travel, coaching, and feedback.
• Shape regional strategy by identifying opportunities and setting commercial priorities.
• Deliver referral growth and regional performance targets.
• Lead executive partnerships with health systems and provider organizations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Product.
