Talkiatry is seeking an Area Director to lead our Partnerships Activation team across the Midwest region. You’ll build a high-performing team, grow provider relationships with health systems and medical practices, and drive commercially important referral growth across your region.

This role blends people leadership, strategy, and executive relationship development, with in-market coaching and cross-functional collaboration to turn opportunities into sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years leading commercial, sales, or partnerships teams.
• Experience building and scaling provider partnerships or healthcare-related partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop Provider Partnerships Managers.
• Coach and develop talent through field coaching and accountability.
• Shape regional strategy and identify market opportunities.
• Deliver commercial results via referrals and regional growth.
• Lead executive partnerships with health systems and strategic providers.
