Qualifications

• 7+ years leading commercial, sales or partnership teams
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent organizations
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven success hiring and developing field teams

Responsibilities

• Build exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding and developing Provider Partnerships Managers
• Coach and develop talent through regular field travel, in-market coaching and feedback
• Create a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement
• Shape regional strategy by identifying market opportunities and guiding priorities
• Deliver commercial results by achieving referral, growth and regional performance goals
• Lead executive partnerships with health systems and strategic provider organizations
• Partner cross-functionally with other teams to execute effectively and scale best practices
