Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking an Area Director to lead our Partnerships Activation team across the Central region. You will recruit, develop, and lead Provider Partnerships Managers, coaching in-market to achieve ambitious referral and growth goals.

You’ll shape regional strategy, build executive-level partnerships with health systems, and drive scalable practices that expand access to high-quality mental health care.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience leading commercial, sales, business development, or partnership teams
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and leading high-performing field teams
• Experience developing regional or market growth strategies and delivering against goals

Responsibilities

• Build exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, and developing Provider Partnerships Managers
• Coach and develop talent through field travel, coaching, and feedback
• Create a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and accountability
• Shape regional strategy by identifying market opportunities and setting priorities
• Deliver commercial results by achieving referral and growth goals
• Lead executive partnerships with health systems to expand market presence
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Product
• Scale best practices by sharing learnings and raising performance across the org
