Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Partnership Manager to expand physician outreach and enhance center case volume across our USPI centers. The role emphasizes educating providers on surgical center capabilities, managing relationships with physicians, practice managers, and schedulers, and resolving client concerns as part of standard conduct.

You will plan visits, analyze referral patterns, and execute growth strategies while collaborating with operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Exhibited success in a business development / sales role.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel in market.
• Motor Vehicle Records check required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits focused on key stakeholders at proceduralist physician offices to increase center selection.
• Evaluate physician referral patterns and market dynamics for facilities’ service lines.
• Develop and gain support for business development strategies with leadership.
• Research providers to understand decision making behind facility selection and relationships.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to demonstrate center attributes and capabilities.
• Follow up with physicians and managers to grow case volumes at USPI centers.
• Communicate client feedback to facilitate credentialing and onboarding of new physicians.
• Prepare and present sales reports measuring case volume growth and opportunities for improvement.
• Modify and execute business development tactics based on provider feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of local hospital, ASC, and provider landscape.
• Document client engagement in CRM daily.
