Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's USPI centers are seeking a Partnership Liaison to build relationships with physicians, practice managers and schedulers to grow case volume and access. This role supports credentialing and onboarding and helps expand service lines in alignment with company priorities.

The position involves travel to market offices, presenting center capabilities, and driving provider engagement to improve access to procedural times while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Exhibited success in a business development / sales role; strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must be able to travel in market; Motor Vehicle Records check required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits with key stakeholders at proceduralist offices to increase center selection.
• Identify trends in provider utilization and discuss dynamics behind facility selection.
• Coordinate with Operations to optimize block times and access to procedural time at the center.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with clients to demonstrate center attributes and patient outcomes.
• Complete follow-up meetings to understand providers' needs and obstacles to growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports on case volume growth and opportunities.
• Document client engagement in the CRM daily and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support service line expansion and extended hours initiatives as directed.
