Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Exhibited success in a business development / sales role.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel in market; Motor Vehicle Records check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits to physicians to drive center selection.
• Evaluate physician referral patterns and market dynamics.
• Develop and gain support for business development strategies.
• Research providers to inform engagement.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to showcase center attributes and outcomes.
• Document client engagement in CRM and follow up.
• Prepare and present sales reports on case volume growth.
• Support service line expansion and extended hours initiatives.
