Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Partnership Liaison to engage with physicians and practice managers, building relationships to grow USPI center caseload and service lines. The role supports credentialing, onboarding, and access expansion while aligning with enterprise standards of conduct.

Responsibilities include in-person visits, provider utilization analysis, scheduling optimization, and detailed follow-ups to understand provider needs and barriers to growth. Travel in-market is required.

Formación

• Exhibited success in a business development / sales role.
• Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel in market.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct in-person visits with key stakeholders at proceduralist offices to grow center case volume.
• Identify trends in provider utilization and discuss factors behind facility selection and volume growth.
• Coordinate with Operations to optimize block times and access to procedural time.
• Conduct sales meetings to communicate center attributes, capabilities, processes and patient experience/safety outcomes.
• Prepare and present sales reports with growth insights and improvement opportunities.
