Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Partnership Liaison to lead physician and practice outreach for internal physicians across USPI centers. The role focuses on increasing procedural case volumes, credentialing support, and expanding access to center time, aligned with enterprise priorities.

The position requires building relationships with physicians and practice managers, coordinating with operations, and delivering sales insights while upholding company standards and conduct.

Qualifications

• Experience in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel in market and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits with proceduralist offices to increase center case volume.
• Identify trends in provider utilization and discuss dynamics with providers.
• Coordinate with Operations to optimize block times and access to procedural time.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to convey center attributes and patient outcomes.
• Follow up with physicians and practice managers to grow case volumes.
• Coordinate credentialing and onboarding with facility resources to grow provider engagement.
• Prepare and present sales reports measuring case volume growth and trends.
• Adjust business development tactics based on provider feedback and market leaders.
• Maintain current knowledge of the hospital and provider landscape within the market.
