Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is hiring a Partnership Liaison to manage physician and practice outreach for internal physicians and centers. The role focuses on credentialing onboarding, increasing access to procedural times, and expanding service lines, aligned with enterprise priorities.

You will build relationships with physicians and schedulers, support referral source arrangements, and contribute to growth across USPI centers, while adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to travel.
• Selected candidate will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits to key stakeholders at physician offices to increase center selection.
• Identify trends in provider utilization and discuss dynamics affecting facility selection.
• Coordinate with Operations to optimize block times and access to procedural time.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to demonstrate center attributes and capabilities.
• Follow up with physicians and managers to understand needs and barriers to growth.
• Communicate client feedback and work with facility resources to credential and onboard new physicians.
• Prepare and present sales reports on case volume growth and trends.
• Adjust business development tactics based on provider feedback and market data.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital, ambulatory surgery, and provider landscape in the market.
