Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Willingness to travel in-market.
• Exhibited success in business development / sales roles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits with key stakeholders at physician offices to grow center case volume.
• Evaluate and interpret physician referral patterns and trends for market facilities.
• Develop and gain support for business development strategies with leaders.
• Research assigned providers to understand decisions behind facility selection and relationships.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to showcase center capabilities and patient experience.
• Perform follow-up meetings to understand physicians' needs and obstacles to growth.
• Coordinate with facility resources to onboard new physicians and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present sales reports on case volume growth and market opportunities.
• Continuously modify tactics to improve outcomes based on provider feedback and market data.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market hospital, ASC, and provider landscape.
